50's Pink Velvet Skirt boys 1980’s nylon jacket with cotton1950s pink velvet full skirt. The skirt has a metal zipper and 2 belt loops. The waist is 24". The inside tag lists it as a 1950's size 12. It flares out to 72" around the hem. It measures 27" from waist to hem.
